Cancellation requests are only accepted prior to the order being shipped or manufactured.Once your order has started the shipping process (a tracking number has been issued), cancellation is no longer possible.
Qualifying Orders: Those still in the pending shipment or production stage.Non-Qualifying Orders: Shipments that have already been dispatched with a valid tracking number.

Product Return Terms

Customers are charged a single shipping fee for their order, which covers both the initial delivery and any subsequent return shipping.No restocking fees will be applied to any eligible returned items.
